What tools can you integrate?
Virtually anything with an API — HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, WooCommerce, Xero, MYOB, Stripe, Mailchimp, Slack, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, and hundreds more. If it has an API, we can connect it.
Should I use Zapier or a custom integration?
Zapier and Make are excellent for straightforward, lower-volume integrations and are faster to build. Custom integrations are better for complex logic, high data volumes, or when reliability is critical. We'll recommend the right approach.
What if one of the systems I need to connect does not have an API?
We have built integrations using screen scraping, email parsing, file-based sync, and other approaches for legacy systems without APIs. It is not always pretty, but it often works.
How do you handle errors?
