Website Design & Development
Website costs depend on size, features, and complexity. A clean business website with up to 8 pages typically starts from $1,500–$3,000. eCommerce stores, booking systems, or custom-built web applications are scoped and quoted separately. We're transparent with pricing from the first conversation — no surprises.
A standard business website takes 3–6 weeks from kickoff to launch. Projects with more pages, custom functionality, or eCommerce features generally take 8–16 weeks. The biggest factor in timeline is how quickly content, images, and feedback are provided on your end.
Yes, every website we build is fully responsive — it adapts automatically to phones, tablets, and desktops. We test across multiple screen sizes and real devices before launch, not just browser emulators.
We handle both. Our team covers UX design, visual design, and front-end and back-end development in-house. You get one team from first mockup to live launch — no handoffs between agencies.
It depends on your needs. We build on Next.js and React for fast, scalable sites and web apps. For eCommerce we commonly use Shopify or WooCommerce. WordPress is available for content-heavy sites. We recommend the right platform based on your goals, not what's easiest for us to build.
Web Hosting & Infrastructure
Yes. We offer managed hosting through Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS, and managed VPS environments. We set it up, configure it correctly, and manage it ongoing — so you're not dealing with server dashboards or technical issues yourself.
Shared hosting puts your website on a server with hundreds of other sites, which affects speed and reliability. Managed hosting gives your site dedicated or containerised resources, faster response times, and a team monitoring it. For any business-critical website, managed hosting is the right choice.
We monitor all hosted sites and respond to outages quickly. For clients on a maintenance plan, we handle diagnostics and resolution as part of the agreement. For sites not on a plan, we're available on an ad-hoc basis with transparent hourly rates.
Yes. We handle full site migrations — files, databases, DNS records, and SSL certificates. Migrations are done with zero-downtime processes so your site stays live during the transfer.
Yes. We can register, transfer, and manage domain names. We also handle DNS configuration, pointing domains to the right servers, and renewing registrations. We recommend keeping your domain in your own registrar account with us having access — so you always own it outright.
SEO & Search Engine Optimisation
Honest answer: 3–6 months for meaningful movement on competitive keywords, and 6–12 months for strong, consistent rankings. SEO compounds over time — the work done in month one pays off across every month that follows. Anyone promising rankings in weeks is not doing real SEO.
SEO has three core pillars: technical (making sure search engines can crawl and index your site correctly), on-page (optimising content, headings, titles, and structure for target keywords), and authority (building credible links from other websites). We cover all three, not just one.
No. Anyone who guarantees rankings doesn't control Google's algorithm — and neither do we. What we guarantee is high-quality, ethical work that consistently moves rankings in the right direction. We report monthly and show you exactly what's happened and why.
Yes. Local SEO includes Google Business Profile optimisation, local citation building, location-specific keyword targeting, and local landing pages. For service-area businesses in Brisbane and surrounds, local SEO is often the highest-return investment.
A technical SEO audit reviews everything that affects how search engines crawl and interpret your site — page speed, mobile usability, indexation errors, broken links, duplicate content, structured data, site architecture, and more. It's the starting point for any serious SEO engagement.
Google Ads & Paid Search
There are two costs: your ad spend (paid directly to Google) and our management fee. Ad spend is set by you — we recommend a minimum of $1,000/month for most Brisbane businesses to get meaningful data and results. Management fees depend on campaign complexity. We quote clearly before starting.
Google Ads delivers immediate visibility at the top of search results — you pay per click. SEO builds organic rankings over time that don't cost per click. Ads are better for quick results and specific campaigns; SEO is better for long-term, compounding growth. Most businesses benefit from both.
We run Search (text ads targeting specific keywords), Shopping (product listing ads for eCommerce), Display (image ads across Google's network), Remarketing (re-engaging previous visitors), and Performance Max campaigns. We recommend the right mix based on your goals and budget.
Yes, always. Your Google Ads account is set up under your own Google account, and you retain full ownership regardless of who manages it. We operate through manager access — if you leave, you keep the account, the history, and all the data.
We track conversions (calls, form submissions, purchases), cost per conversion, click-through rate, quality score, and return on ad spend. Monthly reports cover all key metrics clearly — not just impressions and clicks. We focus on what the campaign actually generates for your business.
AI Chatbots & Automation
A well-built chatbot can handle initial enquiries, qualify leads, answer FAQs, book appointments, and collect contact information — 24/7 without staff involvement. For businesses that receive repetitive enquiries, chatbots dramatically reduce response time and free up your team.
We deploy chatbots on websites (as a chat widget), WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DMs. Most clients start with a website chatbot, then expand to messaging channels. We build on platforms that integrate cleanly with your existing CRM or booking system.
Both are valid — it depends on your needs. Simple qualification flows are often best handled with structured decision trees (fast, predictable). For more conversational experiences, we use AI language models that can understand varied inputs and respond naturally. We'll recommend the right approach for your use case.
A standard lead-capture or FAQ chatbot is typically live within 1–2 weeks. More complex integrations — connecting to a CRM, booking calendar, or inventory system — take 3–5 weeks depending on the systems involved.
eCommerce Development
It depends on your product range, order volume, and technical requirements. Shopify is the best all-round choice for most product businesses — it's reliable, well-supported, and scales easily. WooCommerce suits businesses already on WordPress with specific plugin needs. For high-volume or custom requirements, we build headless commerce solutions.
Yes. We handle full eCommerce migrations — products, categories, customer data, order history, and SEO redirects. Migration is done carefully to avoid losing existing search rankings. We'll map out a migration plan before touching anything.
Yes. We integrate Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, and most major Australian payment providers. We also set up buy-now-pay-later options, invoicing, and subscription billing where needed.
Yes. We build integrations between eCommerce platforms and inventory management systems, 3PL providers, shipping carriers, and accounting tools like Xero. If your systems have an API, we can connect them.
Branding & Design
A full branding engagement typically includes: logo design (primary and alternate versions), colour palette, typography selection, brand guidelines document, and application to core assets like business cards and email signatures. We can also extend into packaging, signage, and social media templates.
We present 2–3 distinct initial concepts, then refine the selected direction through a structured round of revisions. This gives you real choice without overwhelming you with options. The final package includes all file formats (SVG, PNG, PDF) and a usage guidelines document.
Yes. A rebrand doesn't have to erase what's been built. We look at what's working in your current brand, what needs updating, and how to modernise it while keeping brand equity. We'll recommend an evolution or a full rebrand based on where you are now.
Yes. We design business cards, brochures, flyers, banners, signage, and other print collateral. We prepare print-ready files to the correct specifications for your printer, or can coordinate printing directly.
Website Security & Maintenance
Our maintenance plans typically cover: plugin and CMS updates, security scanning, uptime monitoring, daily backups, performance checks, and a monthly report. Higher-tier plans include a content update allowance and priority response times.
Yes. We handle malware removal, security hardening, and recovery for hacked websites. The process involves identifying the entry point, removing all malicious code, patching the vulnerability, and setting up monitoring to prevent recurrence. We've recovered sites from a wide range of attacks.
At minimum, daily automated backups stored off-server. For eCommerce or high-traffic sites, more frequent backups are appropriate. Backups should be tested periodically — a backup you've never restored from is an unknown quantity.
Yes. SSL (the padlock in the browser) encrypts data between your visitors and your server, is required for any form or payment, and is a ranking factor for Google. All sites we build and host include SSL as standard.
API Integration & Systems
CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), payment systems (Stripe, PayPal), accounting platforms (Xero, MYOB), booking and scheduling tools, marketing automation (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign), custom REST APIs, webhooks, and data sync between internal systems.
Sometimes. For systems without a public API, we explore options like screen scraping, file-based imports/exports, or middleware platforms (Zapier, Make) to bridge the gap. We'll assess what's technically feasible and recommend the most reliable approach.
We implement OAuth 2.0, API key management, and token-based authentication following current security best practices. API credentials are stored securely in environment variables — never in source code. We document all integration points for your team.
Working with Breeze
The first step is a short discovery call — usually 20–30 minutes. We find out what you need, ask the right questions, and give you an honest assessment of what's involved and what it will cost. There's no obligation and no sales pressure. You can reach us via the contact page or by calling directly.
Yes. We're based in Brisbane but work with clients across Australia and internationally. All our processes work remotely — discovery, design reviews, and project updates all happen online. Geography doesn't affect what we can deliver.
Yes. Every project is covered by a straightforward service agreement that outlines scope, timeline, payment terms, and ownership of deliverables. Contracts protect both parties — they're clear and readable, not legal mazes.
Projects are typically structured as a 50% deposit to start, with the balance due on completion. Larger projects may be split into milestone payments. Monthly retainer services (SEO, social media, hosting) are billed monthly in advance.
You'll have a dedicated point of contact for your project — not a rotating helpdesk. For larger projects, you'll meet the designer and developer working on your account. We communicate via email and video call, and use project management tools to keep everything visible and on track.
Yes. We offer monthly maintenance and support plans that cover updates, monitoring, and a support allowance. We also provide ad-hoc support at hourly rates for clients who prefer not to be on a plan. Either way, you won't be left without someone to call.
